Flat TVs - All About LCD and Plasma TVs

According to a news report in the Korea Herald, 40-inch LCD TVs are now the fastest and largest increase in sales in the Korean market. This is due to the drastic price cuts by the local LCD manufacturers like Samsung Electronics Co and LG Electronics Co.

40-inch liquid crystal display televisions took the leading role in expanding the local market this year. According to industry sources yesterday, sales of 40-inch or larger LCDs recorded explosive growth this year, thanks to the local LCD manufacturers’ drastic price cut this month.
