The Current World’s Smallest 1080p Plasma

Well it seems that the battle for the smallest Plasma display panel is hotting up.

In my December the 9th news post Fujitsu Hitachi develops 42-inch full spec high-definition Fujitsu and Hitachi said it has developed the world’s first 42-inch full spec high-definition plasma display panel (PDP), the smallest in this type of display.

This has unseated Panasonic “smallest” PDP which was unveiled recently in Octorber 2005. The Panasonic’s PDP is a 50-inch size model. Below is the picture of Fujitsu and Hitachi 42-inch PDP model taken from www.engadget.com.
